Purpose and Responsibilities
Our client is looking to take on an experienced Account Development Manager to find new business for their Liquid Waste Storage Equipment Rentals. As Account Development Manager we need you to explore the market, open doors and generate new customers for our market leading industrial solutions. You will identify opportunities, create proposals to add value to our customers and ultimately close the deal.

As Account Development Manager you will be primarily working from home visiting clients when and where necessary. Once a month roughly you will be required to visit our clients office in Bridge End therefore flexibility and the ability to travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Territory planning and identification of new business prospects
• Generate leads for inside sales via cold calling, networking and social media
• Conducting quality prospect and customer visits
• Develop and build relationships for sustained business growth
• Increase revenue for your sales region according to business plan
• Develop knowledge of our complete product line and competitors
• Participate in projects sales campaigns, market releases, trade shows, publications etc.
• Assist on site with set up of equipment when needed

Essential Experiences and Qualities
• At least 5 years of working experience in Sales, including prospecting clients and cold calling
• Industrial sales or rental experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving sales environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Windows, CRM)
• Bachelor degree or proven work experience at this level
• Full driving license
• Willingness to travel within territory
